Learn how to activate SRExpert and manage your license.

Billing and Licenses
Manage your subscription and license in the Settings panel

Registration

Create Account

  1. Access your SRExpert installation
  2. Click Register on the login page
  3. Fill in your details:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Company
    • Password
  4. Log in to your account

Activation

Online Activation

  1. Log in to SRExpert
  2. Go to Settings > License
  3. Click Activate License
  4. Enter your license key
  5. Click Activate

Offline Activation

For air-gapped environments:

  1. Go to Settings > License
  2. Click Offline Activation
  3. Copy the machine ID
  4. Contact support with your machine ID
  5. Enter the activation code provided

License Management

View License Status

Go to Settings > License to see:

  • License type
  • Expiration date
  • Features included
  • Cluster limit

Renew License

  1. Contact sales or visit the portal
  2. Complete the renewal process
  3. Enter the new license key in SRExpert

Transfer License

To transfer your license to a new installation:

  1. Deactivate on the old installation
  2. Activate on the new installation

Troubleshooting

License Not Activating

  • Check internet connectivity
  • Verify the license key is correct
  • Ensure the license hasn’t expired

Feature Not Available

  • Verify your license plan includes the feature
  • Check if the license has expired
  • Contact support for assistance
