Account Details

In Account Details you can:

  • Update your Full Name
  • Set your Company name
  • Configure your Time Zone

Your Email Address is shown here but cannot be changed.

Active Sessions

The Active Sessions page lists every session currently signed in to your account, showing the device, user, IP address, geolocation, and the time the session was created. Use Revoke to end any session you don’t recognize.

Team & Permissions

From the Team page, administrators can:

  • View all users in the organization
  • Invite new team members
  • Assign users to permission groups
  • Remove users from the organization

See Team Management for the full workflow.

Permission Model

SRExpert does not use a fixed Admin/Editor/Viewer role table. Instead, access is group-based:

  • Every user has a base role of Viewer. Self-registered users start as Viewer with no elevated access.
  • Real permissions come from the groups a user belongs to. Each group grants a specific set of read/write/manage permissions across categories such as clusters, workloads, billing, and more.
  • Default groups (such as Billing Managers) plus any custom groups you create determine what each user can actually do.

To control what someone can access, assign them to the appropriate groups. See Group Management to define groups and their permissions.

Security

Keep your account secure:

  1. Use a strong password
  2. Regularly update your password
  3. Review Active Sessions periodically and revoke any you don’t recognize

Note: Two-factor authentication (2FA/MFA) is not currently available in SRExpert. For organization-wide identity controls, configure single sign-on (SSO).
