Settings
Manage your SRExpert account settings, billing, and user preferences.
Overview
The Settings section allows you to configure:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Users | Manage team members and their access levels |
| Account Details | Update your profile information and security settings |
| Billing & Usage | View your subscription plan and usage metrics |
Accessing Settings
Click on the Settings icon (gear) in the sidebar to access the settings menu.
Account Details
In Account Details you can:
- Update your Full Name and Email Address
- Set your Company name
- Configure your Time Zone
- Change your Password in the Security Settings section
Users Management
The Users section allows administrators to:
- View all users in the organization
- Invite new team members
- Manage user roles and permissions
- Remove users from the organization
User Roles
SRExpert supports different user roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all features including user management and billing |
| Editor | Can create and modify resources but cannot manage users or billing |
| Viewer | Read-only access to view resources and dashboards |
Security
Keep your account secure:
- Use a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
- Regularly update your password
- Review active sessions periodically
- Enable two-factor authentication when available
